I first resized the picture and then used photo enhance to clarify and sharpen the picture. The pumpkin is from a graphic I did and then I tubed the pumpkin. The black cat is a standard PSP tube. The ghost is a vector image curtesy on one of our classmates, I am ashamed to say I don't remember who it was that gave it to us off the top of my head. I lowered the opacity on the ghost layer. The butterfly in the upper right corner is a custom brush. I put that in because the picture of my cute butterfly, Jordyn, had her wings folded in. The text I did pretty much the same way as when we did our banner lesson. For the matting of the frame, I first added a border in white and then added a drop shadow in an orange color. The second matting I used the color picker tool and chose a orange color from the wings of Jordyn's costume and then added a black drop shadow to it. The frame itself I used yellow and then applied an inner bevel to it. I had 6 layers to this picture. Here is the final result.
