Advice for good email style:
Provide your audience with adequate context.
Be aware of page layout issues.
Find replacements for gestures and intonation.
Be aware of cues people will use to form impressions of you.
Reposting private email without the consent of the author violates the Acceptable Use Policy of most ISP's. Federal courts have consistently held that original writings, including email correspondence, are the property of the author, and the content of such writings are protected by copyright.
Do not repost private email, copyrighted graphics, articles published in online magazines or newspapers, or any other copyrighted material unless you have the author's consent to do so. For you own protection this consent should always be in writing.
